Turning Straight into a bluff

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $7.20
SB: $8.77
BB: $5.00
UTG: $5.81 (Hero)
MP: $5.45
CO: $9.49
Unknown villain
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is UTG with T K
Hero raises to $0.15, MP folds, CO calls $0.15, 3 folds
Flop ($0.37) J 2 Q
Hero bets $0.25, CO calls $0.25
Turn ($0.87) J 2 Q A
Hero bets $0.59, CO calls $0.59
River ($2.05) J 2 Q A J
Hero checks, CO bets $1.40, Hero raises to $4.82 and is all in, CO folds
I think flop and turn are casual, did i overplay the river bigtime here? My intention is to fold a flush of him obviously, and i feel he is capped on boats cause it is not very likely he flats AJ from a UTG raise thats usually a 3bet or fold right? and he would raise JQ 22 on the flop most times, does not flatt QQ AA most times also, while we can have all the boats, i dont know, maybe getting carried away cause i moved up to 5NL from 2NL :P
Final Pot UTG wins $4.65
Rake is $0.20
