Turning 88 into a bluff OTR NL10

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) UTG: $17.79
MP: $13.29
CO: $11.10
BN: $15.31 (Hero)
SB: $10.88
BB: $10.40
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with 8 8
UTG raises to $0.30, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.30, SB raises to $0.90, BB folds, UTG folds, Hero calls $0.60
Easy call vs the very small sizing.
Flop ($2.20) A T 4
SB checks, Hero checks
Turn ($2.20) A T 4 5
SB bets $0.90, Hero calls $0.90
Looking back not too thrilled about my call on the turn. I think this should be a fold as he can value bet loads of better hands that would check the flop and we're only really ahead of flush draws.
River ($4.00) A T 4 5 4
SB bets $0.90, Hero raises to $3.60
When he bets this sizing on the river I put him on a thin value bet, maybe a Ax that's under AT or a hand like KK/QQ/JJ so decided to raise.

Ignoring the bad call on the turn as played is this a good raise on the river?

Does everyone agree with my analysis of his range when he bets the river with that sizing and if we agree that we can raise this sometimes is the sizing OK or should I go bigger/smaller?

Thanks! :)
