Villain is a reg that's folding 91% to 3bets over a ~450 hand sample.
I play 3bet or fold from SB atm.
I def have more trips, boats and flushes on this board given his narrow calling range but I'm not sure how to play on this turn. I was thinking in game that this probably is a card I'd give up a decent amount of bluffs on and that's why I decided to c/c here, but I'm really not sure what the best line is. He will have so many 88-JJ, AdQx type hand w a diamond that will mostly check behind, so c/c probably is better if I have a diamond in my hand?
Thoughts on flop and turn?
As played, c/c on brick river most be the best play?

never thought about x/shove turn? When u think it's a card u often give up on (makes sense because most ppl continue betting trips + there are less combos in the deck), why u x/c? U never x/c your bluffs. He rarely has a K, but often has a flushdraw or pair+fd (JdJx), so x/jam (or betting by myself) seems fine.
I did think about it in game, I think I felt it would be such a massive shove it was awkward. I don't think x/s turn is a bad plan though, when his calling range is so tight pre a decent chunk of his range that calls flop will be AJ-AQ with a diamond and pocket pairs and it's reasonable to think he's stabbing with most of his A high ott and it also punishes him if he protection bets his pairs if we do it w a wide range of value hands and bluffs. But I think I probably should have tripled though. We have many more nuttier hands vs this villain and not a massive amount of bluffs (some 7xs and high cards w a diamond).
Bet turn, protection agains high diamond cards.
