turned set, 3way 3b pot, raise or call?

BB: $36.35
UTG: $38.22
MP: $53.07
CO: $34.62 (Hero)

SB 20/13 3b: 2/13 over 30 hands

BB 31/23 over 40 hands

Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with 9 9

UTG calls $0.25, MP folds, Hero raises to $1.10, BN folds, SB raises to $3.50, BB calls $3.25, UTG folds, Hero calls $2.40

Flop ($10.75) Q K 2

SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks

Turn ($10.75) Q K 2 9

SB checks, BB bets $6.77

Raise or call here? I only very rarely see KK, QQ, JTs in his range but OTOH I don't need much protection and I can't see many worse hands stacking off even though my line looks weird. From a balance perspective it also appears as if it's a good idea to balance my weakish SDvalue by having 99 in my calling range?!
