Raise or call here? I only very rarely see KK, QQ, JTs in his range but OTOH I don't need much protection and I can't see many worse hands stacking off even though my line looks weird. From a balance perspective it also appears as if it's a good idea to balance my weakish SDvalue by having 99 in my calling range?!

I think call T, jam R looks decent - let him vbet/bluff for 2 streets, protect your pair+draw type of hands etc.
I would call him down, shoving river vs small sizing.

I will not raise since I don't know what hand I can raise after ch behind flop. All hands that I ch flop I will call turn - AQ, QT, KT etc.
call down should be ok
Raise for value.
