Turn sizing here?

Villain is 23/13 over 39 hand sample

(Villain has 35 blinds behind on river)

I felt good about cbetting this flop but I'm also not confident it's not a mistake at this point.

The turn is where I think this really goes wrong. With this sizing and his call I think we're both quite pot committed with any reasonable holdings. If he's holding a draw he can feel pretty good he's calling 56bb to win the pot (168) + an additional 70 (238). With a FD and an over card or a gutter (if he's calling A5s or 56s) that seems alright.

Beyond that he's reasonably holding 6's 8's, maybe some combos of 45s, 3s and 2s he's set mining with. He could also flat queens. I don't squeeze 6's here, I do 8s but I just don't have many nutted hands here. It seems at this sizing there isn't a lot he can do wrong. He might call with 9s and 10s unblocking the draws but I'm just valuing myself against his whole calling range correct? If that's the case is this a check? Is something like 1/3 pot silly here? Could this have been avoided with a flop check and a delayed cbet?

River seems a little moot compared to turn, but also wrong to shove. I don't have much fold equity except vs hands I beat anyway and the only real calls I'd maybe be getting are 9s. I think I just have to eat my mistakes here and check call heart draws that might bluff?
