Some players fold this hand UTG, but I don't.

Standard c-bet with the biggest draw I can flop.
His/her calling range should look like Kx, Jx, QTs, AQ maybe, and then sometimes KJs/JJ/55, but I expect him/her to raise those hands, because the board is wet, and there's another player in the pot.

Now this spot gives me so much trouble.
Let's say your opponent jams on this river. Against any top pair + we have roughly 30% equity.
Roughly calculated the pot odds, and against top pair we need 36% equity to call. We block most of his/her combo draws, so I expect to but up against almost exclusively made hands.
So if we bet and get jammed on, we'd have to fold, which is super gross!
How do I semi-bluff turns with the chance of getting (c/)jammed on?
1. Make a big overbet jam. We have fold equity, and when called we still have 30% equity against any hand. We could balance that with hands like AA/KK/AK etc., which want to fast play this dry board anyway.
2. Bet a commiting amount where you price yourself in on a call.

I really hope you guys help me out with this one, as I've run into trouble here many times.
Was railing a nosebleeds game and in a similar spot, Wilhasha did make the big overbet shove with the FD with some other type of equity.
