I've encountered a few regs @ 100NL who will overbet turns like its standard for them. This never happened to me at 50NL. The first few times it happened to me I had no idea what to do with top pair weak kicker so I just folded. Not too sure how to deal with this.

What are people generally overbetting the turn with these days? 

In theory if villain overbets we need to defend less. So that means they can have more bluffs. Is it ok to just let them win all these pots when they overbet?

What does a typical defending range look like for calling these overbets?

What are some good boards/ranges to overbet the turn with?
