Turn drawing problem again

BN: Hero: $272.01
SB: F.Khasanov: $205.84
BB: TheKing1958: $233.53
UTG: X646X: $104
HJ: RamiroAgujis: $122.23
CO: ricky04666: $223.20
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 4
X646X folds, RamiroAgujis folds, ricky04666 raises to $6, Hero raises to $18, F.Khasanov folds, TheKing1958 folds, ricky04666 calls $12
Not much on Villian.
Flop ($39.00) 8 3 T (2 Players)
ricky04666 checks, Hero bets $24, ricky04666 calls $24
Turn ($87.00) 8 3 T 7 (2 Players)
ricky04666 checks, Hero checks
Pre-flop/flop is pretty standard in my eqes, but now the turn.
He shouldn't have many two pair that defend a 3-bet OOP. Maybe 87s, but I think he'll c/jam here with a ton of combo draws, slowplayed sets.

I don't think that I can make a +EV 1/2 pot bet here because he has so many of the hands I mentioned above.
If I did bet half pot and he jams, I need 20% to call, which I don't get, so I'd have to fold.
If I overbet, which I might do with hands like AA and combo draws, I will have the right price to call. Also gives me more turn fold equity.

If I check, I can hit my flush, and an Ace sometimes gives me the best hand.
And since he probably expects me most heart combos, I can bomb the river and get hero called more easily.
River ($87.00) 8 3 T 7 6 (2 Players)
ricky04666 bets $40, Hero folds

Really lost as to what the right play is.
On a board this connected, I'm going to give up with most bluffs, so checking back is probaby good.

On a less connected board though, I think I should bet small, to have more bluffs in my range.
