Me 27/24/af2.4/3bet11.2 BTN 3bet 14.2  497 hands

CO is 35/29/af2.0/3bet0.0 17 hands

SB is 35/24/af2.0/3bet18.2 4bet 0 39 hands

BB is 25/13/af0/3bet0 8 hands

May be I bet too big on flop which made it kind of tough for me to play turn.

On turn, I still feel like I have FE/outs or my hand might still be actually good vs SB.

So, I decided to bet instead of check/back.

I'll admit I discounted his over pair combos quite a bit here given action pre.

when he flats the flop it does seem likely that he has some sort of flush draw as well, if he somehow turned up with 2 pair (unlikely given preflop action), sets or overs I'd be surprised that he didn't raise flop, all clubs and 8-A's make his hand worse, or would give him concern...

what was your reasoning for shipping the turn? were you trying to get him to call with worse or fold better? the thing is on that Js turn, there are a few more combo's that A9 are beating (probably the only hand that's beating you thinks about folding, but that's probably 50/50ish), there's now; clubs and flush draws, and there's a possibility of 108suited in the bottom part of your range.

back to his flat on the flop, so many uneasy turn cards for a single pair hand, which makes me think he has a combination of overs and flush draws in his Check/Calling range....So when the Js turns that would hit him a bunch of times, and obviously when he does hit that jack your not getting your money in great...

when you ship the turn, i think he's only folding all air and worse flush draws, then call's with most overs, and Jx's and maybe some 9x's...

Overall i think the flop bet is what got you into the tricky turn spot....i'd bet a bit smaller on the flop maybe like 7$, which does price him in with overs, but also can be bluff inducing if you tend to cebt alot, but if you bet 7$ and he calls, there's only 29$ in the pot on the turn and you have 39$ behind, this gives more room for turn and river play, as opposed to betting bigger on the flop, and now if you bet you're committed....

hope this made sense :)
