Turn barrel after x/r facing minraise.

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $9.70
BB: $19.68 (Hero)
UTG: $17.07
MP: $13.69
CO: $11.38
BN: $5.53
Villain is 23/14/1.7 over 102 hands.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with J Q
3 folds, BN raises to $0.20, SB folds, Hero calls $0.10
Flop ($0.45) 5 T K
Hero checks, BN bets $0.22, Hero raises to $0.84, BN calls $0.62
I'm not really sure about this, is x/c better?
Turn ($2.13) 5 T K 8
Hero bets $1.25, BN raises to $2.50, Hero
This turn does nothing for my range but I think x/f is way too weak so I barrel. Then villain takes this weird line. I have 8 outs to the straight, 2 of which I guess aren't completely clean. I also don't know what my implied pots situation is, will villain bet river on an A or 9? Should I turn my hand into a bluff on a club and lead out?
