Villain is 30/21/6% 3b over 69 hands. Hasn't done anything noteworthy, but the stack size and multi-tabling leads me to believe he is a competent reg. This is a common spot where I am not sure if bluffcatching is better than turning SDV into a bluff by raising, or just folding. I think if I fold vs this sizing I might be overfolding. What factors are you considering here when deciding which option is best?

Just call, missed draws and the K is good card to bluff for him.
Turning this hand into a bluff in this spot would be just awful, trying to fold out Kx+.
To bluff whatsoever in this spot is bad, what r u reppin? K9? K7? Wouldn't those hands just call?
Seems questionable that you would ever have JT in your range otr.
I think we overbluff if we choose QJ. Whether that matters is debatable. I'd rather bluff with the T and J blockers but with weaker pairs like J9, T8 etc. Also yeah I dunno how much credit we are going to get for JT here when we check back flop and don't raise a turn lead. It's possible but he may not credit us as much we would want when he's on the fence with his bluffcatchers.
Fully agree with this. Even though you should have JT in your range OTR, villain won't credit you (nearly enough) for having it. From villains perspective, you are probably capped at 2P (K9-)
I Happily call river, without strong read to make me reconsider.
You would bet JT on the flop, he expects you to bet any Qx OTF so you got no valuecombos to raise here OTR. I don't think checking back top pair with massive backdoor outs here is correct.
i dont think we need to bluff much in this spot you have under repped your hand so far, i think calling is fine especially against half pot bet you should be winning 1/3 here
