Villain is 27/22/13 3b, n=3k hands, 77% CB flop IP, 58% CB turn IP
raise 3b 17% (high but not crazy high), n=84, fold to 3b 29%...he's flatted multiple 4b's w/ 65s vs me, but he is the one 4-betting this time, so it's not quite apples to apples. I also have a note that he 4b got it in w/ JJ vs a nit.
Do you rip or call here?

Generally TT doesn’t do well as a jam as it just gets called by better and folds out worse. Given his low fold to 3-bet you can maybe do so but I would prefer call.
I find your 3-bet sizing on the larger side.
Allright, in theory you should be mixing jamming and calling but mostly calling. Since he's got a respectable raise 3b stat we can't ignore theory so I'd just randomize it 25% jam 75% call.
Three further things to consider for me, the bb, if we flat pre is he going to jam a wide range, so is there a potential to trap here?
Second point is, i would be thinking about what i would do if villian 4bets before i 3bet.
Also what does villiain think of me and what are the table dynamics (eg is he tilted), am i 3betting and folding alot?
