Depends on his play, not his stack size. If he's the tightest guy in the world, playing 2/2/2. over 5k hands, then it's a fold. If he's capable of squeezing an UTG open + call OOP semi-lightly (like 66+), then your play is probably fine. What do you think his range is?

i think it does depend on his stack size: low sakes players calls all in more frequently when they have 50 bb than when they have 100 BB. But it is more true when they shove than when they call.

not sure calling range vs a shove 50bb is different from the same 100bb deep
i will try to do the matth,
reads are very important to know his ranges (most important his squeezig range) but wihout infos i think i would fold because we are oop and cant setmin
we have no info how to play postflop

It really depends of what reads you have on him,if you saw him going a litle crazy or loosing a big pot you could shove, but if he's a pasive fish you can easly fold, because in your best scenario you'll be fliping.

if he's a fish or aggro squeezer/3better shortstacker.. i don't mind shoving here, but always hope at best to be flipping against his range since he won't often have 88/99 here, would definitely prefer having a read on him before doing this tho. Don't post results and give us info next time :)
