hello everyone,first of all i'm sorry for my really bad english,i hope you can understand me anyway!(so forgive my huge mistake :) )

i'm playing on pokerstars.it,all the table from nl 100 are full of regs (cash 6max) almost 5-6 reg on everytable.

the rake is also higher than on .com (rake 5.50% pot) max rake 3 euro

i honestly have no idea on how to learn and practice to play everyday vs the same ppl,i'm open to any advice and i will be more than happy to have some advice on what kind of video i have to watch and also if you can tell me if there is any coach who can help me in this specific situation and do 1-1 lesson.(range price 50/250 dollars per hour)

i was at least decent when the field was easier and i was able to beat 1-2/2-4 ( cap on pokerstars.it is 5/10) but now i'm really struggling and not be able to beat nl 100.
