Trips vs good reg

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) BN: khoatrinh900: $12.94
SB: Timonessb: $23.88
BB: Hondaluck: $4.60
UTG: BIG607: $9.10
CO: ForFun777: $21.24 (Hero)
Villain is a good reg
23/17 /14.9 3b from SB (especially 3b to me a lot, ne might have noticed that I was folding too much, now I flat/4b a ton against him)
AF 2.8 F35 T45 R35 WTSD 35%
Preflop ($0.15) ForFun777 is CO with K Q
BIG607 folds, ForFun777 raises to $0.30, khoatrinh900 folds, Timonessb raises to $0.90, Hondaluck folds, ForFun777 calls $0.60
Pretty standard... I 4b him quite a bit lately, we are deep and I don't want to get 5b).
Flop ($1.90) K 8 4
Timonessb bets $1.21, ForFun777 calls $1.21
Seems like a legit call.
Turn ($4.32) K 8 4 K
Timonessb bets $2.70, ForFun777 calls $2.70
Here I`m thinking about raising and flatting. Problem is that I`m not really comfortable raise/calling this when he can have basically every AK, K8,K4s,88,44 combo
River ($9.72) K 8 4 K 6
Timonessb bets $6.15, ForFun777 calls $6.15
Uh river is very shitty... but he totally capable of triple barreling and my hand is under represented.

1) where would you play differently?
2) as played could we really fold river vs this villain ?
