hard to determine ranges unless you know his ep def freq vs sb
river is kinda of a cooler but same time its hard to find bluffs from him unless he does this with 88/77

Yeah, I am not good enough to fold here. I think he has QJs, splits and bluffs/worse value often enough to make up for the combos that dominate us. It is close though. Kind of depends on how many pairs he defends, how many combos of AQ he has (does he have AQo here or just AQs) and then your range construction. The more AQo you 3b vs UTG, the further down in your range KQs becomes.
I think, in general, you are going to BE/Slightly win and that is better than the alternative. Against a different type of opponent, I could be swayed in another direction.
