Really could not come to a conclusion on this one do you continue to bet turn and then be committed to villains shove and do you call the river on a good card like the 4d?
I ran it in Equilab for the turn to the below result.
Board Qd 3s 9c Jh
Equity Win Tie
BU 41.44% 41.18% 0.26% 99+, 33, A9s+, K8s+, Q8s+, J7s+, T8s+, A9o+, K9o+, Q9o+, J9o+, T9o
SB 58.56% 58.29% 0.26% AdAc
Any feedback would be most appreciated this is my first hand post so hope it makes senseand really loving this site :)

Flop cbet is too big I think
Turn is better for B range, check/call seems fine and reevaluate river
I think I like betting turn here versus a decent villain. IMO his range on the turn would be AJ+/88+. A bet would get a call from 1010 to AA / KQ / QJ / AQ, which I believe we have good equity against.
More importantly, I think most (good) villains will jam on this river as it will put you in a really hard spot, unless you have a good read.
I would love to hear other people on their thoughts because I agree that it seems very tricky.
I would bet smaller F 1/3 and 1/2 T ,i want to keep pot smaller ,i think R you are beat ,he will check back most of his value hands and he will not bet T ,hands like tp,sp with good kicker,he can transform some value hands into a bluff 910,1010 ,10J ,Q10 but unless you got any read it's better to c-f ..
