TPTK facing likely strong donk bet. 100nl.

Villain is a decent aggressive reg who is clearly adjusting to the spew monkey in the bb. Another hand very similar to this had just occured.
I raise MP, SB flats, bb flats.
Flop is Q73r and I brick off. sb check, bb donk pots, i fold sb calls.
Turn T sb check bb pots, sb shoves the last bit in and bb calls it off with 68 or something retarded like this. SB shows QQ for the nutters.
So now how would you read sb range here? We need ~29% to call.

So, if I rule out every strong hands we have an easy rivercall. Given the previous hands I don´t see many reasons to assume that the donk is that strong.
until we have notes saying "leads w sets multiway", "leads top pair k kicker and calls river jams" etc etc then i think flat calling all streets is optimal.
do you fold a spade river? J, K, A, 9 rivers?
