TPTK 10NL 6max - 4th diamond on river, bet, check/call, check/fold?

I chose to 3bet for value as I felt he would flat with a lot of weaker Ax and Tx hands.

On the river I didn't know what to do, but I'm guessing looking back at it that if I bet I can't get value from anything worse and I can't get better to fold. Is that right? And should I just look to check/fold or check/call the river?
