WP easy fold, villain range is expanding considerably on the 9s Jh run out, and like you mention there really isn't many bluffs in his range besides maybe some missed GS, unless he is turning 1 pair type hands into a bluff.
Im not sure what your environment is like, but double over-bet will most likely be weighted to value given the assumptions we made about his range.
I think his river range is polar to sets at a weighted frequency and flushes.
NH wp imo, over folding is probably the way to go here.
