Would it be better to donk on this turn so that he could pay with a diamond?

I wasn't really sure about this thin value but I made it anyway.

Turn.
His perceived range is really strong here - after the 3bet cold call and the cbet.
They doesnt do that for diamonds...
river
But checking AQ, AK ott makes sense.
Without info, I really don't know against which range we can value bet here?
Yeah I'm not sure how many worse hands are calling our bet on the river. We have strong aces in our range and some big pockets, and maybe some hands like KQdd or T9dd if we're squeezing with a more polarized range. I just don't think we have a super credible story that will get a better hand to fold and no worse hands are calling anyway. Just check and pray here I think.
As for the turn donk, I'm not sure he's gonna be cold calling our 3bet with any hands that are holding a worse pair or a single diamond here, so very often we're just betting into a flush or pushing a hand out that is drawing very thin/dead. Or we're betting into a better ace that never folds here anyway. We may be able to get a call from a hand like JdJx or TdTx but that's very thin. And they could just fold anyway.
Turn donk wouldn't make sense at all, as played I prefer x/c or x/f if he bets big
