Is ch/c is better than bet/fold here?

Is this Fold vs Cbet stat commulated or for flop only? If the last one we could analyse like this:
Villain seems a little loose and passive preflop, but seems to fold vs cbets a little too much (even though sample is too small to rely on this).
Villain should defend superwhide given BvB.
So it might be that Villain doesnt have too many totally random floats (like Qc2s or so).
But he is still loose enough to have basically all weak Ax and a ton of Kx/4x. So i guess in relation he has a decent chunk of made hands (even though he has flushes as well) that he will usually not bet for thin value (as he seems passive). So i guess B/F turn and river for a small amount makes sense.
So i would already size down OTT and might even choose Villains sizing for the river myself.
(That fold to CB is just for flop))
I like your reasoning bet/fold turn & river smaller, keeping in worse hands and not inflating the pot too much when he makes a flush. I get tempted in the moment to just pump money in vs weaker AX sometimes vs recs and could probably make more money with smaller bets until I have a better read they are sticky with one pair hands/inelastic.
On the turn when flush comes in, BB will have flush advantage here, as BB is defending almost any two suited cards IP bvb. I would be checking range on the turn given this fact. I think your 2/3 sizing on the flop is fine. Prefer turn check. Going to have better hands that you can bet with that can call a raise. I would ease up on these marginal bets you seem to be making.
So would you be Xcalling here twice vs this guy?
Kind of unsure if vs this fella we would have to XC/XF maybe?
If the sizing is big on the turn you can make an exploitable fold imo. This guy has super passive stats, so I wouldn't expect him to be bluffing much on the turn.
The problem i see here is that villain still has some qj/qt/jt combos that are mandatory bluffs and even these players tend to bluff these combos frequently. And given its bvb and he will defend all of them offsuit as well, i feel not so great about this line.
I do struggle with vbetting too thinly--sometimes it's great, other times, not so much. So is this a ch/c T, ch/f R for you?
XC small / medium sizing on turn, fold if large sizing. Vs river barrel just fold. AJ should fall pretty low in you range by the time you reach the river. Hand like Ah8c would be a better bluff catcher.
Agree with RunItTw1ce, you gotta slow down when flush comes in, specially OOP against someone that isn't 3betting nearly as often as he should. What hands would you be checking on the turn?
A9 and worse, although I'm doing a lot of flop checking with them right now.
This should really depends on your suites as well. Weak aces with a club are better bets than say AT no club. You want to block some of their raising range. On a spade club club board, If your kicker if spade or club, I would bet, heart of diamond I would check. Same for some of your air ball cbets like T9o, If you have Tc9s it's a good bet blocking some of their calling range. Learning which suites to bet will benefit you greatly in the future.
