TP2K OOP versus unknown in 3-bet pot

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (5 Players) SB: $94.50
BB: $49.76
UTG: $79.00
CO: $106.30 (Hero)
BN: $101.50
Playing on Ignition. BTN was basically brand new to the table.
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is CO with Q A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $3.00, BN raises to $8.90, 2 folds, Hero calls $5.90
Flop ($19.30) 5 A 3
Hero checks, BN bets $6.85, Hero calls $6.85
Turn ($33.00) 5 A 3 9
Hero checks, BN bets $15.50, Hero calls $15.50
River ($64.00) 5 A 3 9 6
Hero checks, BN bets $70.25 and is all in

Fiddling with/locking a few variables makes calling the river either slightly winning or slightly losing from what I'm seeing.

One variable that I used in real-time was the fact that this villain chopped the previous hand when they were all in as a favorite to win (AQ vs AJ on A high flop), so I thought they might be steamed up.

How are you working through this hand versus this near-unknown opponent?
