TP2K facing sb c/r

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $33.78
SB: $57.19
BB: $26.89
UTG: $28.81
MP: $33.00 (Hero)
CO: $99.74
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is MP with Q K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.63, 2 folds, SB calls $0.53, BB folds
Flop ($1.69) T 6 Q
SB checks, Hero bets $1.21, SB raises to $3.31, Hero calls $2.10
t I'm a bit lost here and don't like this spot much. I feel like calling gets me into a bad spots later as villain can keep betting on so many runouts. I'm not sure if raises are getting the right value and hold up to a shove.
The board also feels pretty wet for a check back right?
(Pio wants me check back sometimes and bet small sometimes. If I bet, to fold here to a check/raise with KQdd/KQss but call with KQhh)
Turn ($8.31) T 6 Q 7
SB bets $5.96, Hero calls $5.96
Feels like a call i don't love. Not much changes other than 89 getting there.
(Pio has villain on something like any pairs, suited connectors, and most suited broadways and wants me to call here given that I made the mistake of calling the flop raise)
River ($20.23) T 6 Q 7 T
SB bets $47.26 and is all in, Hero folds
Given my line, I have a lot of draws or tens and I don't think he has enough bluffs left. So given his shove I think this is probably a fold.
Other than Ks, Qs are there many rivers that would call his shove? It feels like player pool is going to underbluff this so much...
(Given that Pio has villain shoving 54s; 65s; sets, AJ, and some flushes, it wants us to call down a shove with KQdd, but fold KQhh given that it blocks too many bluffs).

In general, Pio is finding some unexpected bluffing patterns for villain and a call feels loose.
Does Pio's suggestion of: check back flop; if cbet, fold to c/r on flop but if calling, call all the way down seem sound at this level?
Final Pot SB wins $19.32
Rake is $0.91
