TP w 2nd NFD on monotone flop - big misplay?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) UTG: $14.47
MP: $25.47
CO: $10.71
BN: $59.16
SB: $24.25 (Hero)
BB: $16.46
Villain is pretty abc-nitty 18/15/6 and w only 890 hands I have him on 92 % (!) cbet
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with Q K
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.85, CO calls $0.85, BN folds, Hero calls $0.75, BB folds
Flop ($2.80) 4 T Q
Hero checks, MP bets $2.50, CO folds, Hero raises to $6.40, MP calls $3.90
Turn ($15.60) 4 T Q 2
Hero bets $8.10, MP calls $8.10
River ($31.80) 4 T Q 2 6
Hero bets $8.90 and is all in, MP calls $8.90
Final Pot MP wins and shows three of a kind, Tens.
SB lost and shows a pair of Queens.
MP wins $47.12
Rake is $2.48

I should check turn? Maybe not even raise flop, but rather keep pot smaller w 2nd nut draw? I feel lost in this hand. Ofc I could fold pre to a mp nit open.....
