Preflop getting good prize, so call.
I think it is easy call vs double barrel.
River is tuff, not many draws here. But it is quite hard to find a fold here, getting pot odds 22% + his river value range is pretty narrow. He has for value AK (which i think would 4b bigger preflop, but depends on the villain), KK (which i think he XB OTF + only one combo), and AA.

I would 3bet fold preflop, specially if villain is unknown. You have a hand that is really difficult to play with in a 4bet pot.
Completely agree. Basically you are hoping to flop a FD or flush. because any T or K you hit will very likely be dominated (AT,KJ,KQ,AK,KK). As you can see he can easily get all the money in with 3 barrels, even if the pre-flop 4-bet is on the smaller side, so he could be doing this to keep you in the pot with his monsters (KK,AA). If you have any read on him that he could be on the agg side, he could also have 89s in this spot I guess. Do not see any other hands than Ax of diamonds that stabbed on the flop, semi-bluffed on the turn and decided that the river is a good card to fire again. So I would assume most of his range is for value, so I would fold to his river bet 100%.
Villain will have all better Kx and AA. I highly doubt he just uses the board texture to randomly 3barrel you.
You have good prize but I don't know if I would choose this hand to play a 4bet pot oop, I agree with Disharmonist.
