So as the title says this guy is likely to be a loose passive player. HOWEVER I have only 29 hands on him and he s playing 41/14 so far and he bought in for 50bb originally. Also he s been on more then 1 table. How far do we take this TP? Turn is fairly brickish, Id have all my NFD and sets/2 pair here OTT. If we call here whats the plan on say 2h and we face a decent sized bet?

River is push/fold if you call turn.He had here, like you said before,sets/2 pair...and maybe you under domination here - KJ, AJ.And QJ nobody not canceled...But same here maybe here you have prehistory with that opp...So that is likely fold than call...OR Reise( ! )...And than you'll be know, where your range and his...

I appreciate the effort but I m not totally understanding what you are saying. Anyone else have an opinion on this spot?

I would just fold the turn .I hate hero calling when i don't know my opponent well enough to be able to estimate his range .Also if we go with the most probable read ,it's a fold vs a passive player .

I don't play these stakes, however a guy that is passive:
1. generally does not bluff
2. does not raise TP on the flop
3. would never bet TP here that u have beat

unless this is just a guy that plays poker for the first time type of guy that is excited to have a hand I would think he must have us beat here, unless he is bluffing. but i just can't see many bluffs in his range.

I think call turn/fold river or just fold turn are both going to be reasonable options but it's hard to know which is best vs a relatively unknown.
