Don't think there's reason for betting when the flush came in. When he checks behind, I think we can exclude flushes from his range. So I think it will be something like AK, AQ AJ, AT, QQ, maybe TT and KQs

Having looked at the hand in more detail now I think I should fold here. In game I remember that I felt that this is too tight.
