Just so confused with this hand

So i defend QJs vs 3b sb vs bb , when he checks flop back i don't think he ever has QQ+ mostly always cbets those. On turn i think i have best hand most of the time so my plan is to go for 2 streets here, On river i was just so confused i don't think he value shoves anything worse i think he bets QQ on flop and i block JJ i'd also expect him to cbet his gut shots . My time bank was very low so i never had much time to think like 15 secs , He was playing 1 table zoom and like 12 SNGs i think people who play more tables bluff alot less and thats why i decided to fold in the end but the more i look at this hand the more I'm thinking it could be a mistake. Thoughts?
