Top Two on the flop against good reg

I open to 3x with KQo, BTN calls. Pot is 7.5bb
Flop KQJtt, I bet 5bb, BTN raise to 16.5bb, I 3bet to 42bb, BTN shoves. Hero?
A few reads on villain. He never has a set here.
1 - Does villain value shoves worst.
2 - Does villain ever bluffes here after I showed strength.
