Villain opens only 8% over 86 hands.

I 3bet this hand everytime here i decided not to do it because i had 2 knwon fishes on blinds and also because this guy has a really tight opening range so i would not dominate him that often.
On the flop i did not bet because i think i had to much fold equity given that he as played fit or fold on the flop vs me on 2 previous hands,
On the turn i decided to start betting to get value from FD, Kx,KK and that sort of hands.
With this river i felt i was ahead and could be called by worse so i think the value bet is standard, but what do you think of his range when he is check-raising the river? I think the only hand that beats me now is KK or AK, do you think he would call my turn bet with 99? I also don't give him A7 because of his PFR%.
Whould you fold here?
