Top set vs flush draw

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (6 Players) BN: $2.08
SB: $1.96
BB: $1.93
UTG: $1.89
MP: $2.48
CO: $2.56 (Hero)
Villain looks like a reg, he's 23/16 with 73 hands played
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is CO with T T
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.06, Hero raises to $0.20, 3 folds, MP calls $0.14
Flop ($0.43) T 5 6
MP checks, Hero checks
Here i don't know if it's profitable to bet :
1. With my top set i have a lot of showdown equity but I think that he will probably check/raise with a flush or a flush draw so i can't really define if he's nuts or potentially nuts.
2.He can think that if i check in position my hand would be weak so he has the opportunity to bluff me in the next street
Turn ($0.43) T 5 6 3
MP bets $0.20, Hero raises to $0.80, MP raises to $1.40, Hero calls $0.60
He has call my 3bet preflop so i can imagine that his range at this moment has no combo like A4, moreover i have check the flop so this is an oportunity for him to bluff me and win the pot this is why i decided to raise him here
After this he decided to 3bet me, first question : Should i call his raise at this moment ?
River ($3.23) T 5 6 3 2
MP bets $0.88 and is all in, Hero folds
This 2s gives him more chance to get a flush or a straight moreover the fact that he decide to go all-in at this moment make me think that he has more certainly a flush than a straight, so i decided to fold
Final Pot MP wins $3.04
Rake is $0.19

Hi everyone :)
I'm a new cashgame player and i wanna get some advices about my way of playing this hand.
English is not my mother tongue so excuse me for my mistakes :/

Flop should def be a bet. You've got a very strong hand and you really don't want to give your opponent a chance to catch the 4th spade for free. If I bet here and get raised I'm willing to get it in. There are a lot of worse hands that villain will stack off here, like JJ/QQ with a spade, 66/55, maybe some AsQx-type hands. If he happens to have a flush, which are only a few combos in his range, you've still got ~35% equity. Also the typical opponent will only bluff the turn with the As and all these hands would have called (or raised) your flop bet anyways.

As played I'd still get it in on the turn, basically same logic applies

I'm never checking that flop. If he flopped a flush then good on him but I'm getting in. As played, you've got to fold the river I think.
