Top set on mono board... DEEP lol...

BN: $170.66
SB: $49.80
BB: $223.78 (Hero)
UTG: $86.83
HJ: $101.56
CO: $125.08
BTN playing 15/11 and is opening about 20 from the btn. plays aggressively wwsf at 49
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J J
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $3, SB folds, Hero calls $2
decided to flat here vs 3bet/fold since btns fold to 3bet is high and 4bet is .5 lol
Flop ($6.50) 2 J 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $4, Hero raises to $13, BN calls $9
range on bet/call (AAd KKd QQd)not sure if i should include non diamond hands Adx Axdd KQdd KTdd Qtdd KQd KTd
I think I should have x/r a lot larger, but for some reason I 3x what would be a good raise size in this spot? 5x? I was hoping he would 3bet flop and get it in, but I guess since we are deep that dynamic is less likely since implied odds on draws are much better.
Turn ($32.50) 2 J 5 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $27.81, BN raises to $154.66, and is all in
Turn I feel like I have to call off regardless of his 6x raise. My pot odds are 37% and have ~62% equity vs his range stated above minus KTd KQd.
Just need a little help on this hand, is this a cooler or am I calculating his range wrong? being deep I'm a little bit confused.... I think from an equity standpoint it is a call, but from a practice standpoint I feel like I'm always behind here especially because of the raise size on the turn.

To me he does not shove flush since he ip and have strong flush when he has some ecause hes tight
so he value worse or he s semi bluffing.
Given odds seems an easy callb

I play a lot of small stakes and it seems like these really tight players always have the goods. In my opinion he has the made flush 80% of the time minimum, and 20% or less he has a smaller set. I believe he called your flop raise instead of re-raising to see if the board paired on the turn. I don't think overpairs or draws ever shove here IMO (you can calc the equity on that), although I would probably have a hard time folding myself which may be a leak.

I feel like the fact that he shoved turn rather than just called means he doesn't have the Ad that often. I'd weight his range toward Kxhh and Qxhh, KK and QQ with 1 heart. Lower sets are 3betting/getting it in otf almost always, so I'd eliminate those hands.

I like to play this hand as a very good bluffcatcher a decent chunk of the time. Especially vs a nitty player and with you blocking his TP combos I'm not sure that it's better to checkraise and isolate yourself vs flushes and overpairs+flush draws.

Against a nit and being deep, I think your play is pretty marginal here. By c/raising flop we open ourselves up to getting 3b and generally we are going to be in a tough spot when that happens. We are never ahead against this guy when we get it in this deep whether it's the flop or the turn. Like James said, we block Jx combos so there are not a ton of hands that we can get value. I mean, over pairs with a diamond are flipping against us and I doubt he pays us off with hands that we crush (besides sets). We're not in a hurry to get our whole stack in by the river with this hand against this particular player so c/raising flop is not good imo.
