villain is 100/67 after 34 hands / 5.8 agg factor / 3 bet 47% pf (8/17)/ c bet 88% on flop
this guy is clearly a super crazy player
he 3 bet a ton so when he 3 bet me and im dealer with T9s i feel like i should at least call to go see flop
on flop:
i saw him raise a lot with all sort of different hands i feel like hes just a ultra bluffy and loose player
when he bets should i just call or raising i good?
as played when he shove i feel like i have no choice but to call if hes bluffing... i think that he can bluff on any kind of board...
what do you guys think?
what line would be optimal vs that kind of player?

I don't think you should have raised the flop. You're putting yourself in a bad situation.
But since you raised the flop for value, and because he is a bully player, go with your read and call his shove. He likely has 89 or A7.
Just putting on pokerstove so we can get a view. I put all pairs and all broadways in villain range with this flop and you still have 58,78% equity. By the stats and by your read if u check he would problably bet and end up all in anymay. I think its ok. would do the same.

This decision really depends on how aggressive villain plays postflop, 3betting a lot and cbetting a lot is one thing but that doesn't mean he's just getting it in w/ any hand OTF, also a pretty dry board so not many draws he can go crazy with. (your 9 also blocks straight draws)
Raising is fine if you expect him to get it in w/ 2nd pair or or underpairs to the T, but it also gets you into tough spots when he flats your raise and overcards come off on turn or river.
Would personally flat call in this spot because of that reason.
flatting probably makes more hand i can let him bluff on future street and it keeps more hands in his range
