dudes playing 24/18 and so far has been pretty passive postflop. Do we call or do we fear the like 3 or 4 value combos he has. I would fold AK here for sure and maybe have let that go OTT.

Any chance he defends K5s? If the BB is squeezy I guess that means he could have KK here but of course thats very unlikely. I guess what this really comes down to is how often he follows through with a QJ bluff. Hmm..

Highly doubt he has K5s. Even if he does theres only like 1 combo and who knows if he c.r it. Its definitely an overplay on his part. KK is also unlikely and again 1 combo. It really does come down to if he ever has a bluff here. I ll probably have QJs here myself and its 47% of my range for getting here. He needs a bit over 50% FE to be jamming here and doesnt have it if I m never folding KT. Folding all my KT though is exploitable but perhaps he just isnt bluffing and we can take advantage of that.

He needs to jam 2 combos of QJs to make this a call.

K5 seems kind of irrelevant when he bets river after board pairs 88.

how do you think he views you? OTT he could easily have AK but river shove doesn't feel like AK unless he thinks you're paying off really light

Idk I play pretty lag OTB. 60-65% or so steal. He likely 3 bets AK pre but I guess nothing is ever 100% in this game. He s just been pretty quiet so far that idk its pretty sick. Kinda feel maybe its a spot to just cry "top of my range" and call. Except truthfully this is only middleish part of my range. I guess I can also have K8 as I rarely fold TP to a c/r and probably would call a turn bet when I turn the 2 pair although perhaps thats a bad idea.

You have been takling about QJ, and what about AQ, AJ .

I don´t know, it is like the top of our range I would call here but not that happy.

Would he have played 55 this way? What was his 3bet %? Nits hate 3betting small pairs, especially if they're naturally passive postflop. Obv they're always going to flop terribly. He'd probly flat AK but that'd be too weird of a river jam. k8s or 55 I think. And yeah I'd cry call the f out of this one as well.

I'm never ever ever folding this. He'll have 55 sometimes/maybe, TT potentially although less often, and a hand like 98dd very seldomly. Like you said, very few combos. You have to be incredibly sure he's just not CR-> barreling these spots ever for you to consider folding this.

I agree with Lefort. Folding this is crazy.
Board: Ks 5h Td 8h 8s
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 50.000% 45.16% 04.84% 28 3.00 { KTo }
Hand 1: 50.000% 45.16% 04.84% 28 3.00 { TT, 55, KTs, QJs }

This is only 4 bluff combos, and he could surely have more. I don't see why you highly doubt he has K5s either, and even though it's only 1-2 combos the small number of potential value hands makes it relevant.

K5s flats vv rarely pre, and even if he did play it this way, he's just not gonna ship that River all that often with his counterfeit 2-p
