Top 2 facing chk/raise on wetish board, how to proceed?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (5 Players) UTG: $39.10
CO: $24.50 (Hero)
BN: $7.92
SB: $25.53
BB: $63.44
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with A J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.00, BN folds, SB calls $0.65, BB folds
Flop ($2.00) J A 6
SB checks, Hero bets $1.25, SB raises to $5.75, Hero calls $3.25
So my thoughts are with this chk/raise and sizing that he's repping 66 or a draw, possibly A6s. If I reraise him here I think I isolate myself versus the strongest part of his range and arent in the best shape where im hoping to be against something like QThh. However, if I flat his chk/raise then I keep his range as wide as possible, and figured I could shove over a turn bet on any non heart basically. seeing a K or Q would suck also.
Turn ($12.25) J A 6 6
SB bets $20.28, Hero calls $19.25
So this is like one of the best cards to hit the turn because its WAY less likely he has 66 now and is on a draw. But then he overbets...I dont think he shoves boats here, and his hand really looks like he wants a fold out of me. Thoughts?
River ($51.78) J A 6 6 3
