TJs w/ straight and flush draw

BB: $5.25
CO: $4.49
BN: $5.23 (Hero)
SB: $5.27
BB = Unknown
Preflop ($0.07) (4 Players)
Hero was dealt T J
CO calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.22, SB folds, BB calls $0.17, CO folds
Flop ($0.51) K 9 7 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.35, BB raises to $1.06, Hero calls $0.71
Turn ($2.63) 5 (2 Players)
BB bets $1.89, Hero raises to $3.95, BB calls $2.06
River ($10.53) K (2 Players)

I believed I could see a turn because I have a draw + a backdoor flush draw.

On the turn I need to decide, I believe, to either get it in or fold. Calling seemed like a very bad option, leaving me no money and perhaps dead on the river. I decided to shove, because I have the flush draw + straight draw.
