This min 5b'ing stuff is confusing me

BB: 78.75
UTG: 30.11 (Hero)
HJ: 25
CO: 22.26
BN: 25.15
SB: 24.57
Lots of history with this villain like a tonne (also this is 25nl HH came out wierd)

Stats 27/24 3b 11%
3b vs UTG is 11%
Preflop (0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K J
Hero raises to 0.75, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB folds, BB raises to 2.40, Hero raises to 5, BB raises to 8.25, Hero calls 3.25
Ok so - is this a standard 4b or should we be better off flatting if he's 3b'ing this wide v UTG although still feel its better to 4b as bluff and try win it now

Anyway - seems to a new trend alot of regs are doing which is min 5b'ing like this, its weird i dont get why people are doing it and sometimes its with the nuts and sometimes they 5b fold which seems horrific (varies on regs tighter ones seem to do it with AA/KK than laggier seem to 5b fold or do it w/AK)
But yeah if someone could explain it to me - thanks

When he sizes the 5b this size i think im getting ridiculous pot odds and being 120BB ESS cant really fold?

Thoughts - mainly a preflop spot and trying to understand this new 5b thing
Flop (20) 9 T Q (2 Players)
BB bets 7.10, Hero calls 7.10
I run good
Turn (34.20) 9 T Q 6 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets 14.76, and is all in
