Opponent was on the fishier loose passive side.
Flop is pretty close between bet and check imo. I don't really see many worse hands calling when I bet and checking seems to play fine.
Turn obvious raise for value.
On the river though can I thin vbet vs Toppair?
The 4 card straight was out I was not sure if fish still call there with TP
The good thing is I split with better Qx

:P not ring!!! Nit ring!!
Probably bet this flop against most passive fish. Without knowing how bad he is its hard to say if you can thinly value bet, if its your first time with villain, there is no harm in putting 1/3 pot in to find out.

To justify value betting in position when checked to you need him to call with worse hands 50%+ of the time. I don't believe you'll get that here. The weakest value bet for me here would be a straight (and that might be too thin)
