I think I would play the river as a bet/fold. As the hand has played out it's hard to see what hands villain would want/need to bluff unless they decide they to turn middle pairs into bluffs. I also think that villain could call worse two pair hands when we bet, he started with a less than 100bb stack so we can start to assume they're a weaker player and more likely to call with a weaker two pair.
