Theory Question: flop CB sizing
Looking at my flop CB sizing and looking for some clarification. Against opponents/population who I think under continue vs small bet sizing is it best to utilise smaller (25-35%) flop CB sizes as this allows me to profitably bet a higher frequency of my range?

It's all about range interaction and simplyfying strategies. When you have a range advantage you can c bet range for a small sizing and lose very little ev compared to playing a perfect mixed strategy. For example: you open utg and BB flats, the flop is A27r; here you can c bet range for 33% and you are losing very little ev compared to playing a perfect bet some hands/ check some hands strat. In your post it seems you think c betting range for small sizing is a exploitative strat, buts it's actually more of a simplification of a gto strategy. Hope this clarifies.

Great. Thank you
So is it okay to implement different strategies vs different player types;
Vs strong opponents with a range advantage we can bet range for 33% and not really lose EV compared to a perfect bet/ch strategy and in this sense remain unexploitable up to this point in the hand.
Vs more weaker/more exploitable opponents we can implement an exploitable bet/ch strategy based on our opponents tendencies. For example vs a loose pf/aggro vs weakness player types we can ch back the QQ on A72 but vs a loose pf/passive postflop player type we can CB flop 33%.
you got it!
Are you actually asking " can I play differently v different players?"
If you are then you really don't understand theory at all.
If - and you certainly will be - you are playing against weaker players, then it's pretty big mistake to aim for balanced strategy.
In this case you should aim for very exploitive strategy to capitalize on the mistakes they make.
ie in theory you should have a balanced river betting range so that villain can not bluff catch at will, or x/r a ton making your medium strengths hands hate life.
In practice v a station type player say, we want to bet almost all our value because they just call too much. We should probably not bluff too much as they call too much, and we should value bet thin because they call too much and don't raise enough.
Further more in theory any size we use should have a balanced range for each size.
In our example otr v the station guy we can bet 2nd pr half pot, TP 75% say and 2p+ POT or Over bet. If he knows what we do he can crush us, but he isn't thinking that - when we bet 1.5 pot with a set, he just says well I have 2nd pr Ace kicker, it's too good to fold so I call. It sounds too simple, but playing like this v the weaker player will net you much more $$$ than playing balanced/GTO type strategy.
Playing differently vs different player types=exploitation
