[The RunGood Series] - 5NLz - Top2 vs SB flop-lead. Sizing check please..

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $6.09
SB: $7.48
BB: $6.80
UTG: $4.56
MP: $5.31 (Hero)
CO: $27.44
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is MP with K A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.11, 2 folds, SB calls $0.09, BB calls $0.06
When the hand played. I have no stats on SB and only 18 hands on BB which is 11/11, so pretty nitty.
Flop ($0.33) A 6 K
SB bets $0.15, BB folds, Hero raises to $0.62, SB calls $0.47
We should raise for value here right? To charge draws and extracting more value from worst hands. Only hand that beating us here is just 66 and thats 3 combos. Well there are some combos of AA and KK but heavily discounted as villain didnt 3B pre. As for bluffs, I can see my self raising the same amount with QsJs or QhJh and plan to barrel the whole way. What about sizing? I l'm getting my self used to raising 75% facing a bet with my value and my bluffs. As with my check/raises to bare in mind. Is that ok or I shouldve go with a smaller size?
Turn ($1.57) A 6 K 8
SB checks, Hero bets $1.35, SB raises to $6.75 and is all in, Hero calls $3.23 and is all in
Now here I was thinking 75% again but go ahead and really polarizing my hand here to AK+ or QsJs/QhJh and really committing our self to the pot by betting 90% of pot. Is that ok or 75% should be enough to cover our entire range like AQ and AJ because I wont have 86s or 75s here given that we are raising from MP.
River ($12.90) A 6 K 8 7
As played calling a check shove is mandatory I think? If he had 66 oh well?
Final Pot SB lost and shows two pair, Aces and Eights.
MP wins and shows two pair, Aces and Kings.
MP wins $10.28
Rake is $0.45
As I said, I'm running good.

Series Note
I am new to RunItOnce, I'm new to wining at cash games. I was a SnG grinder on 2006, quit playing on 2008 and back in grinding on 2017. And after learning that SnG's are pretty much dead nowadays and I have 2 kids now, Zoom fits perfectly for my situation.
One day I FT'ed a $0.55 MTT daily $600 Guarantee on stars and finished 3rd for $52. That's when I decide to buy The Ground Up series and join RIO.
Before RIO, I logged 150.000+ hands at 2NLz running 2bb/100 and 44.000+ hands on 5NLz and stuck about 16 buy-in.
After RIO, I've logged in 44.000+ hands at 2NLz at 5.70bb/100 but thats running under EV!!!
Now after winning 10 buy-in of the higher stake, whic is 5NLz; I'm taking shots and ready to move back down if I dropped 4 buy-ins at 5NLz.
Thankfully I ran like God in my first 1800 hands. That's when it hits me. I gotta slow down. Am I making the right decisions despite getting pretty lucky here. I don't wanna ran pure on luck just to get randown buy a good regs in a long run. And IMO, questioning your play when you ran bad AND good is the only way to go. So hence my RunGood series and apology in advance IF I bomb the thread with some trivial questions (I hope I bomb it, and not getting lazy after posting a couple of hands :P )
Thanking in advance guys!
