[The RunGood Series] - 5NLz - AA Spewy on flop?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $4.81
SB: $10.74 (Hero)
BB: $5.24
UTG: $9.34
MP: $5.52
CO: $18.35
Only have 26 hands on villain but FWIW as the hand played vil: 8/8 fold to PF3B: 4/4
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with A A
3 folds, BN raises to $0.15, Hero raises to $0.55, BB folds, BN calls $0.40
Flop ($1.15) 5 9 7
Hero bets $0.36, BN raises to $0.91, Hero calls $0.55
I know maybe we should range check here since we obv got a range disadvantage here. But it's one of those "OMG I just saw a video about this and it's ok to range bet here". As played I continue to the raise since we're still ahead against TT+, overcards with 2 spades but not a lot. Maybe AsJs+, KsQs since we don't have the A spades so we unblock some of those important combos. Can we see vill with this kinda stat, as nitty as he is, despite the small sample size, put him on T8s, 86s, 97s, 75s here? He will obv have 77 and share the 99 with us here.
Turn ($2.97) 5 9 7 6
Hero checks, BN bets $1.43, Hero calls $1.43
When he bet this size I kinda feel ahead, but not that much and happily shoves over the bet. Or should I?
River ($5.83) 5 9 7 6 2
Hero checks, BN checks
Is that river a brick or a bad card for us? Is it wrong for me to say it's bad? Because that's just add a lot of semi bluff backdraws that just got there right?

Series Note
I am new to RunItOnce, I'm new to wining at cash games. I was a SnG grinder on 2006, quit playing on 2008 and back in grinding on 2017. And after learning that SnG's are pretty much dead nowadays and I have 2 kids now, Zoom fits perfectly for my situation.
One day I FT'ed a $0.55 MTT daily $600 Guarantee on stars and finished 3rd for $52. That's when I decide to buy The Ground Up series and join RIO.
Before RIO, I logged 150.000+ hands at 2NLz running 2bb/100 and 44.000+ hands on 5NLz and stuck about 16 buy-in.
After RIO, I've logged in 44.000+ hands at 2NLz at 5.70bb/100 but thats running under EV!!!
Now after winning 10 buy-in of the higher stake, whic is 5NLz; I'm taking shots and ready to move back down if I dropped 4 buy-ins at 5NLz.
Thankfully I ran like God in my first 1800 hands. That's when it hits me. I gotta slow down. Am I making the right decisions despite getting pretty lucky here. I don't wanna ran pure on luck just to get randown buy a good regs in a long run. And IMO, questioning your play when you ran bad AND good is the only way to go. So hence my RunGood series and apology in advance IF I bomb the thread with some trivial questions (I hope I bomb it, and not getting lazy after posting a couple of hands :P )
Thanking in advance guys!

Why do you have a range disadvantage here you 3 betted he called so you have more AA, KK in your hand then he has.

86s and that kind of hands are very very unlikely for villain.

Turn would check raise here and expect calls from over pairs QQ or JJ and from big flush draws and combo draws.

Could we agree that this board benefits callers range way more then 3-bettors range?

No way.

A low card board does not automatically favors the calling range. Villain is a NIT/ROCK so he wont have low cards anyway in his range so how can he have a range advantage here.

On this type of board I expect villain's range to have more EV. He have more SC and suited hands in his range.
Don't mind checking or betting flop any size. If villain stab too much, checking suppose to be highest EV play. Vs raise I would go all-in, AA without spade need protection and I don't believe our opponent gonna fold 98, TT, JJ, QQ or any spade draw with additional equity.

BTN seems to be a nit with a very tight range. He is likely to mostly have pocket pairs and strong suited connectors here.

I would check flop because you're out of position against a strong range. AA is the best hand to check because it needs the least amount of protection. Obviously, AA with As would be better.

As played, it's reasonable to call flop and see what he does.

Turn is very bad for you. I would probably fold. But if you're going to call, AdAh is the best combo because it doesn't block any flush draws.
