The Mathematics of Poker by Bill Chen
I play 20NL 6-max cash. Winning at a reasonable rate (small sample size).
I don't use solvers in my study, but I'm planning to get started soon-ish (maybe next month).
I recently came across The Mathematics of Poker by Bill Chen. I've skimmed through it and it looks fine (though a bit dense). Is it a good book, and should I spend some time reading it? Or should I wait till I move to higher stakes?
I have a math/computer science educational background, so I'm reasonably confident that I can handle the technical aspects. I'm just not sure if I should spend time on it.

Yes. And not only should you read it once, but multiple times. This is pretty much the bible of poker. Also, read it before you use solvers. There are things you will learn in MoP that will help you use solvers.
