50NL is going to be the biggest jump you'll make if you've grinding your way up from the bottom of the micros. With that being said, I doubt the sample you have for 25NL is going to be large enough to tell if your a true winner let alone winning at 23bb/100 currently.

I heard in a video or something that in order to determine a true win rate you would have to have a sample for like 800k+ hands or something at that specific limit.

Not saying that shot taking isnt out of the question for you but rather that you should have a solid plan for your shot take. GL!

That sample doesn't mean that much, but at the same you're likely a winner on the limit given such a run. To give you an example, a solid winner on a certain limit could easily have a 150k hands break even stretch, but theoretically 'crushing' his limit. EVbb/100 run would be a bit more accurate though.

The choice to move up depends on:

* your bankroll
* risk tolerance of your bank roll
* your confidence in your game

But you can also play a mix of stakes, let's say 1 table of 50NL and 2 of 25NL

I have recently made this jump having ground up my roll and I think the most notable difference I've found is a little more aggression pre-flop. There are still plenty of clueless players to take advantage of and with your current winrate at NL25 you should be fine. Good luck

Its a little more aggressive preflop, and people are slightly better postflop.
Other than that it plays about the same.
Personally i think the biggest jump at the micros is from 10 to 25nl, just because of the mental money aspects player 2.5x your previous stake.

The fish are just as bad but the regs are starting to get a lot tougher. You will have to start to pay attention to who is on your left pre-flop in more detail. Isolating fishes or opening too wide will get you punished by attentive regs who will 3-bet you frequently in these spots. Just make sure to stay 1 step ahead and keep studying and you will be fine.

The toughest thing that may happen to you is that you have a bad run at taking a shot at 50NL, then when you move back down to 25NL, you can't sustain your 23BB/100 winrate.
