I notice that sometimes at a fishy table, if someone (me or anyone really but more me it seems - selective memory) gets hot and puts away a BI or two, playing aggressively, the table just breaks. I'm talking about at 10nl and 10nlz right now. I would imagine at harder games and higher stakes this happens less? Better/bigger players playing for longer sessions, etc?
