Struggling to put up results for online poker
Hi RunItOnce community,
I'm a poker novice, started playing live a year ago and started to play online recently. I'm a big poker fan and eager to improve my game. Can anyone guide me through things that I can do to step up my game? I usually play 1/2 live poker and .25/.50 for online. I'm doing fine for live poker but constantly struggling on online. It will be nice that, someone can give me any heads up or advice that things I can do to improve. If anyone can comment the books, articles, or videos that would help, it will be greatly appreciated.

Do you use pokertracker thingy? If not then start to, and post some hands and your overall stats for community to figure out your major leaks if any. James Hudson videos are awesome for .25/.5 NLHE there is plethora of those in a video section here.
Thanks for your kind reply sir. Do you mind telling me which software works the best for a novice?
http://www.holdemmanager.com/ or https://www.pokertracker.com/
Both have trial periods, so try one and the other and figure out which one you like the best. They are not so different so it's pretty much a matter of taste. And both have cheap microstakes versons.
depending on the sites you play on (like Bovada) you cant use these software
I would recommend moving down to 10nl and see if you crush it for 10k hands at least, if you're only slightly beating it then go for another 10k hands before you move up to 25nl. Even microstakes is really tough to beat these times, Krantz which was reputated as one of the best before can't beat 200nl anylonger. If you find that you're just slightly beating 10nl then start by doing some leak finding but if you're not even breaking even then look into studying more on your poker fundamentals.

Here's my stat from the poker site I played. Any thoughts?
6000 hands really isn't very many when it comes to online poker however if I'm reading these right. It looks like your playing 37% of hands this is rather loose and you rarely fold. Basically it looks like your opening with too many weak hands and calling down with them. So when you get to showdown you lose 95% of the time.
Flops seen: 32.43%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1/2 live is way easier than 5c/10c online. Don't play so high, move down to 1c/2c or 2c/5c
Hi howareyou, is there a way of putting up a video of your play on RIO (not sure)? If not I could sweat you on Skype. PM me if you'd like.
I tried to set up the HM2 with the Borgata site. Doesn't seem its working. Does anyone know why?
The best way to figure this out would be to ask in their forums where you're likely to get an answer from the guys who developed the software.
