Your stats explode OTB, naturally you have higher VPIP and 3bet OTB, but yours seems strangly high. Maybe cut down on stealraises and 3bets OTB and be looser in earlier positions. Your winrate OTB should be much higher than in other positions, you prob steal raise with too many garbage hands.

And I guess you attack 3bets OOP too aggressivly by 4betting. It would be a better adjustment OOP against aggressive 3betters, but you probably lose too much preflop everytime it doesnt succed.
