If an opponent stab the flop, and then follow up on the turn......is the the turnbet considered as a cbet in PT4?

And on the same level, if an opponent check raise the flop and then follow up on the turn?

i.e. cbet turn :
Percentage of the time that a player bet the turn given that he continuation bet the flop and had a chance to do so.
cbet river:
Percentage of the time that a player bet the river given that he had a chance to do so and he was the last preflop raiser and bet the flop and turn.
