Starting hands that are zero EV
I am not a mid stakes player, but I don't think this is an appropriate question for low stakes.
When solvers provide a mixed solution for a hand preflop, the expected solutions are zero EV. The solver assumes perfect GTO play post flop. As humans we cannot play perfect post flop, nor is our opponent able to. To me this suggests that playing these hand in reality are not going to be zero EV. What would be the effect on our overall strategy if we removed all our hands preflop that play mixed strategies?

If we don't play these hands that would mean our range is tighter.
A tighter range is on average stronger, assuming our opponents didn't make the same adjustment.
Preflop: We get 3bet less often.
Postflop: We have a stronger range. So I would say our opponent has to bet less often if they're the PFR. And if we are PFR then we get to bet more often. % wise off range that means.
Ergo, our playing range loses value in that our opponents fold more pre and post flop.
When our opponents adjust, yes. That would be my assumption.
important caveat, is if they don't adjust properly(and alot wont), then you don't really lose anything, because your perceived range will include those holdings. over a large sample and in a small pool, then maybe your stats would reflect it over time, but maybe not, because you can always choose to open the 0ev combos when there is a fish in blinds(probably a good idea), which would mean you are playing those combos, just for specific reasons. and a fair amount of players wont pick up on the difference.
